What is NIA™ ?

Nia™ is a somatic, body-centred practice of self-awareness and self-discovery.

It draws from martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts to create a holistic experience - Nia conditions and strengthens your body while transforming your mind.

Nia offers a pathway to connect more deeply with yourself, welcoming everybody - regardless of shape, gender or fitness level.


One of its core principles is The Body’s Way. By following the body’s natural way of moving, we create balance between body, mind, and spirit — supporting positive shifts in how we change, think, feel, and live.

NIA also invites you to rediscover and reclaim your sense of playfulness.

You are encouraged to move as your body is designed to move, supporting your body’s natural healing processes — all while experiencing joy, freedom, and connection.

Nia' purpose is to inspire and guide people to listen to the wisdom of the body, choose movement what feels good.

One of the beauties of Nia is its ability to provide both physical and mental refreshment, fostering harmony, inner peace and joy. It's a graceful way to connect with your body, while also injecting some colour into the weekdays, using soul stirring and inspiring music.
